"Good location, not too far from the railway station. The late check-out on a Sunday (1pm) was great for having a shower and changing after the Reading Half Marathon. Lots of places to eat nearby, if you don't fancy eating in the hotel. Room and bathroom were clean and functional. Tea and coffee-making facilities available."

Room was extremely quiet and we didn’t hear a thing, until in the early hours of the morning other guests decided to bang hard on our door on the way to their room, which is obviously not great behaviour. Unsure why we were asked to pre-check in to then have to give the name of the second guest on arrival, which should have been covered by the pre-check in process. "I have stayed at this location several times and found the staff to be exceptional. Food quality was good and we enjoyed drinks from the bar. The only issue is the public parking which I found confusing to my expense. The manager as well as Kelly and Sahar were helpful and friendly."

"The property is very clean, beautiful and well refurbished and right in the heart of Marlow. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food itself (breakfast) was a bit poor but OK. We didn't have any hot water to take a shower unfortunately but stayed only 1 night anyway. The room itself which was the only one available during booking was very very snug and air circulation at night made a bit stuffy but we would visit again , hopefully get a bigger room and hot water."
