"The room was clean enough with good ventilation, and water supply, TV and WiFi. But the busy streets outside in the Old Quarters made it a little more challenging to get good sleep because of the constant noise from outside."

I have stayed in many hotels and the Hotel du Lac Signature stands out amongst the top 10 much like their sister property in Saigon. "The staff was really friendly and always helpful, simple breakfast but has everything you need including vegetarian options. Staff was accommodating for extra food or other options. Location is good, is close to the old quarter but not in the middle of the “chaos”. Close to the Ho Chi Min mausoleum and embassy’s so nice walking areas. Staff allowed luggage to stay extra days in the hotel and also allowed to use the shower facilities in the spa at no extra charge for evening departure from hotel. Gym and pool would use some polishing. Overall very sleek boutique hotel - very nice stay in Hanoi. "
