"The bathroom needs renovation or an upgrade but other else are ok. The TV is too small for the room. The room is relatively clean and no musty smell."

"The overall stay was decent. We loved our room despite, our balcony ocean view not being that good we had a huge building roof blocking our view. The outdoor jacuzzi floor looked pretty dirty could use a cleaning. Also, the restaurants were all booked but when we were able to sit at the bar the waiter was not that nice and hardly offered us any of the vday specials as he did the guest next to us. Overall rate 3/5. "

"Motel manager Rosa was super friendly. Room was clean. The ice machine was out though and there was a light that was on a sensor above the window that could not turn off. The housekeeper was super helpful and suggested to put tape over the button."

"Very beautiful property, staff was incredibly helpful. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The room we stayed at did not have a microwave and the walls were pretty thin though"

"I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before and never had any issues so therefore I called the bank and stop payment on the account do the fact she misled me when I booked the reservation so their customer service is horrible. Their manager backed her up and said he would not return my money so now they’re gonna have to fight for it. I understand there’s misunderstanding, but I also ran hotels for 35 years owned and operated for restaurants never in the world would I ever have treated a return guest the way I was treated by this hotel I had my credit card on file if there were any thing that needed to be charged ."
