"Rooms were clean, but the hallways could use some work. The beds are very very firm though which was killing my body. I had little interaction with staff, but they were courteous when I did. The inside pool was freezing so the kids could not swim which was a bummer because that is what they love the most when staying at hotels. Breakfast was okay. I wish they had whole wheat, fresh fruit, or plain oatmeal options as those are diabetic friendly. I did at least get some eggs so that was better...

"The suites are amazing! The two-room setup with a ton of storage and a stocked kitchen was a huge plus. The lighting, bathroom, balcony, fireplace, and island countertop were a touch above, and we loved our stay."

"We stayed at Osage Village Inn from Friday, May 22 through Monday, May 25 for a vacation, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked was because of the pool shown on the website, only to find out it was closed and apparently not planned to reopen anytime soon due to maintenance issues. This should absolutely be disclosed before booking. The customer service was also poor. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and acted annoyed anytime we needed...

"I spent $155 for one room for a night. When I arrived to check in, they said Expedia had overbooked and refused to house us. They gave us a phone number to call, not connected to them whatsoever, and told us to ask for a manager at another hotel nearby that would help us find accommodations. The owner/manager told us the wrong name, and even then, the other hotel COULD NOT help us. Considering they didn’t make the mistake in the first place, Eagles Nest or Expedia, did! I am still waiting to...
