"The room smelled terrible and the towels and wash rags were very dirty. It was so noisy I could not sleep. One of the worst nights I have ever spent at a hotel. The person at the front desk was very nice."

"this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."

"Breakfast was good except no hot milk is available for oats. Room service cleaning was not provided for 2 days and lots of roaches in bathroom and closet. (see pics). Complained to front desk on all above but colored lady with Haitian accent displayed a “I don’t care” attitude. Insinuated that owners don’t care to hear. Definitely not suited for a front desk position. Maybe for housekeeping🤔…."

"I stayed for 2 nights. I booked a king room and when I opened my door to my room I got 2 queens. I didn’t go complain. Room was clean. But on the second night I noticed a dehumidifier on the first floor in the hallway. Plus there were missing ceiling tiles in the hallway on the second floor where I was staying. Had a musty smell when I was walking down the hallway. Hotel does need some TLC. The bonus is it’s right next to Cracker Barrel. Definitely needs an upgrade to this hotel."
