"The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend.
If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. "

"We visit every Christmas and the condition of the hotel gets better and better each visit. So good to see a property being invested in and maintained. The rooms, staff, food and bar are really excellent. Only very minor gripe - some smoked salmon at breakfast would be nice."

"Lovely stay and great staff, we had one of the suites which didn’t disappoint! The only complaints I would have is the spa jacuzzi out of use and very tough sleeping pillows! "
