"Great location, super friendly hosts, very convenient and clean. My only feedback is not having control on the A/C and the showerhead didn't hold well so it needed adjustments. I would recommend anyone to stay here though. It was a wonderful stay with the exception of the heat and AC"

"Please fix elevators every time we have to wait over 5 minutes also if your ice machine is broken then then get it fixed or change your board indicating ice available at floor 11 and the wait another 10 minutes for elevator"

"The room was clean and the AC worked well. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood did not have a ton of nearby restaurants but very close to the bus and metro."

"There’s some things that are in and out of the control of the hotel. It’s an older building, so I can give them the benefit of the doubt. The staff were very helpful, the included breakfast was nice. The room itself was fairly dirty, and the sheets, though clean, had a lot of hair in them. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets. There were critters, silver fish, and fruit flies. I don’t recommend bringing in much food and leaving it in the room. There was a fridge and freezer...

"A lovely boutique hotel in Old Montreal. It's on St Paul, close to the more crowded parts, but in a more relaxed area. Easy access to lots of shops and restaurants. The room we had overlooked the street. It had fabulous light, and was very comfortable, Even on our last day when we watched relaxed in the large room, and watched The Open and El Coupe Mundial. Breakfast is included and is basic. I sometimes crave a big breakfast, but there are plenty of local options. All in all. An excellent...
