"Very convenient to get to/from airport, the free shuttle is handy, easy to get to from terminal 2. Thought it would be a slow check in after a bus load of passengers also checking in but it wasn’t, very efficient and line moved quick. Service is elite, from the bus driver who loaded/unloaded luggage onto the bus for you to the hotel staff that would check you in, very helpful and friendly. You’re directed to help yourself to the amenities in the lobby before you head to the elevator to the room. Room was surprisingly spacious, bed/pillows were comfortable and very clean. I stayed here with my 5year old whilst my husband and 2 older kids stayed at the capsule hotel at the airport for the experience. Highly recommended and very good value for money. Thanks for having us :)"

"I love the location. Near subway and train lines. Hotel area is very quiet but is a 5-min walk from Ueno if you want to shop or eat. The family room was perfect for my family of 4. We have enough space. It is also very convenient that the private toilet is separate from the shower area. The staff were always helpful and kind. We would likely stay here again when we come back."

"Convenient free bus to and from the airport. This hotel is a little bit old, but clean and comfortable. It has a convenience store( open 24 hours) where I bought easy dinner and some drink. (They have liquor too.) It was very convenient because I didn't have so much energy and appetite to go to a restaurant after a long flight. The room was a little small but enough for us, and the shower and the bed were very nice."
