"Our family is so glad we stayed in this hotel. The hotel staff Aiz, Aileen and Harry are always smiling, friendly and welcoming. The rooms exceeded our expectation they were very updated, neat and clean also the beds are comfortable and for a family of 6 we have enough space and the 2 toilet is a bonus. "A really excellent stay for our young family. We chose this hotel because of the space that was offered, which is not the norm for Tokyo or Japanese hotels. It is a no-frills self-service hotel, so if you want to use luggage forwarding you'll have to arrange other alternatives. We didn't need to contact their mobile hotel support while there for the 3 days we were in Tokyo. It isn't exactly the closest to transit, but is quite walkable to Kappabashi street and Asakusa. "definitely not family friendly there was mould in the air conditioners patched holes in the walls the flooring cracked glass to rear door it is not kid friendly at all very loud footsteps frustrating other people in the hotel with young children and it was difficult to find! location was decent though we ended up booking another hotel in shinagawa due to these issues and leaving after one night would not recommend for people with younger than 10 year old kids. the pictures in the advertisement...
