"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Idyllwild Inn. The cabin looked somewhat recently renovated and it was nice and clean with good amenities. The location is great and the deck in the back was lovely. What I did not like was that the room I got was not the one depicted in the photos on Hotels.com when I booked it. It felt like a bait and switch. Also, the mattress was too soft and probably a bit old. "

"This is our third June stay at the Westin Desert Willow Villas in Palm Desert. My wife and I love the quiet pool. We’re both teachers and must have space away from children to decompress before beginning our summer. This destination fits the bill perfectly. The accommodations are excellent and so convenient with the kitchenette. We plan to return year after year. "
