"We were there for 5 nights and the rooms were actually super small, totally not suitable for two people for two large suitcases. Also the hotel has over 600 rooms but only 3 washing machines. We tried using them 4 times but they were always busy with over 2 hours wait. We didn’t waste time doing laundry as we wanted to see Tokyo. Maybe the hotel should provide a laundry service? That’s the only reason why I have given it 3 stars because other then these few things the hotel was clean, staff was...

"Stanza in linea con quelle standard di Tokyo, ma il fatto che sotto al letto ci fosse spazio per mettere le valigie, ha aiutato a non diminuire troppo lo spazio "calpestabile". Ottimo lo staff e la posizione. Consiglio di mettere a disposizione anche qualche kit per il beauty, se possibile."

"Rooms were way too small. Pool was not open . They said it opens in July and when it opens you need to pay per hour to use it . They only had four washer/ dryers that were taken at all hours . Everything cost extra , even holding your luggage after check out was expensive while other places we stayed at offered that service for free . I would not recommend staying at this hotel ."

"Bed and pillows are not great but it does the job for my stay. Rooms are small. I wish there's more shelf space for us to put our stuff. Great location. Groceries store were right next door for fresh fruits."

"The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient. However, the room felt quite small for two people (one adult and one child). One downside was the elevator situation. Between 9:00–10:00 AM, the elevators were extremely busy, resulting in long wait times. At night, it was even worse. Noise was another issue. Almost every night, we could hear police cars and ambulance sirens, which made it difficult to rest. I suppose this is one of the drawbacks of staying in the heart of the red-light...
