"It was ok. Location was good for transportation on buses or taxis. The room we got was definitely not a “luxury” hotel room or spacious like advertised and did not look like photos. There was no lift, so they should tell people they have to do stairs. The towel warmer didn’t work and there was no plug in for the hairdryer in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror. It had a bed and breakfast without the breakfast kind of feel, rather than a “boutique hotel,” so seems a little higher priced...

We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience."

"We recently stayed at the Market Street Hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was very much appreciated. The facilities themselves are lovely, and the hotel has a beautiful overall atmosphere and location. Unfortunately, the housekeeping and maintenance standards did not match the quality the hotel presents.
