"When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. "Great location near US 70 and Swope Park/Starlight Amphitheater. Easy check in and out with helpful staff. Room was clean but faced US 70 under construction and was somewhat noisy. Hotel is older but was in decent condition. Good price. I would stay here again for short term stays."

"The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did."

"We ended up getting a second room when we checked in. The ac in that room was not working very well. I forgot to report it though. The property is very nice."

"We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working."

"Great property and a nice location! Loved the welcome treats in the lobby. Property owners just text you…and are available if you need anything. My only recommendation is that if you are unable to walk up stairs with your luggage you need to communicate that fact in advance. My daughter and I dragged our luggage upstairs. There is a pull up location where you can walk through the gate to the rooms upstairs near a trash dumpster. However you do not have a code for this gate so if it...

"The property was clean, breakfast were always hot and varied. The parking lot is awful. So many potholes that you could not avoid them."

"This property desperately needs an update. Worn furniture, missing baseboards, bed slopes downhill. Worst part was the sticky kitchen floor. Bedroom a/c would not shut off. We love Residence Inn. Albuquerque Airport location was 10/10"

"Check in was quick and friendly. Pool area was clean and available. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was amazing! The kids loved the waffle maker and the eggs were delicious. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the area."
