"I had to change room 3 times. 1st room Brocken toilet. 2nd room spots on bedding and floor. 3rd room was nice and clean but I believe there might be bedbugs in o e or more and some came home with me. Cleaning staff need to do a better job cleaning and making sure that everything is functioning properly."

"When we arrived, we thought everything was fine. We checked in and dropped off our belongings. Everything looked decent. It wasn’t until we returned around 2:30 in the morning that we realized that our room was infested with roaches. Our bed had a centipede along with roaches. Neither one of us slept, and my husband played exterminator most of the night. We stayed up until the office opened, and they would only refund 30% of what we paid. We definitely will not be returning to this establishment. To add, we checked all our belongings to ensure we weren’t bringing any creepy-crawlies home with us."

"We had a fantastic 6 night stay at The Saguaro over a festival weekend.The staff—from the front desk to the bar and housekeeping—were consistently amazing, friendly, and helpful. The pool area was a definite highlight, and we thoroughly enjoyed the on-site dining. The rooms are a generous size and easily accommodated our group of three adults without feeling cramped. Highly recommend for a fun Palm Springs getaway!"
