I enjoyed my time in Chicago, but will be asking for hidden fees. The next time I stay in downtown Chicago."

The property itself is old and the rooms could use a refresh—but considering the Sheraton has 1000+ guest rooms and the place was BUSY—I think that the room rate is an incredible value. "The front staff and door help were very nice. The indoor pool area needed some attention. The outdoor pool was nice. The restaurant food was lackluster and not flavorful, but the server was great. Housekeeping didn’t come unless I called. There needs to be more places to hang towels if no one is coming to change them daily. The location was nice. We had a nice patio and would’ve lived some chairs out there."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, easy check in and out. The bed linens were horrible; flat sheet used instead of a fitted, on top of it was another flat sheet, then a thin blanket, on top of the blanket was another flat sheet (very messy). There were no extra blankets in closet, when I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. Also, housekeeping didn’t check on the room while we’re were out which was annoying because those bed linens were a disaster."
