This hotel even had a sign on the front desk explaining that the hotel was closing on the 5th. This was the worst hotel stay I have had in my whole life and the whole city was sold out do to GenCon. This hotel should have been condemned! My better half said and I quote “this is a dead hooker kinda hotel”. Your website and this site wasn’t even close to honest about how condemned this hotel looked or functioned. My better half took pictures and submitted them to the clarion hotel website along with a nasty note of displeasure.!

The property closed the day after we left. That was pretty unique. The list of issues are extensive. This place needs an overhaul. Would like my money back...

Clean room. Unfortunately, the building itself was a bit rundown. Found out our last night there that the hotel was shutting down for good.

I would guess this hotel is scheduled to be torn down. It is very unkempt, screws missing, paint worn through, tiles cracked. I honestly feel really bad for the staff. They did their best to keep smiles on. While we were there all of the vending machines were removed. The ice makers did not work, ine elevator never opened and the one that did work looked like a death trap. I hope these people find good employment.

Need a bed and a shower? This is your place.

Very old economy hotel. In need of a lot. Clean beds and fresh towels and toiletries. Not much else. Complementary breakfast was pretty bad and when it was gone, it was gone (often way before the 9:30 end of breakfast). This hotel is one of the lowest priced for the just outside Indy area but next time I would spend a little more and try somewhere (anywhere) else. I'm not at all picky but this place is pretty lacking.

NEVER GO to this hotel.

The rooms, was dirty, the vent in the bathroom did not work, opened one drawer was full for dirt, the elevator is one of the most unsafe one i haver had to use, you had to check you step when getting out of it, no lights to indicate the floor, no vending machine at all, no ice machine working had to go to to front desk and seem to be disturbing them, towels, we not always clean, TV was broken in room, when i call the front desk, as i did not want to get charged for it, they did not seem surprised, and no apologies about it, WIFI was crappy, the came a did a minimum in house cleaning mean: empty garbage and change towel, nothing more. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL.

At the time of writing, this is a tired, slightly run-down hotel. The carpets were stained, most of the elevator lights did not work and only one of the two elevators were working. But the room I had was adequate. The AC worked well, though the water pressure in the shower could be better. A believe the hotel was going through a renovation when I stayed there. The second day I was there all the vending machines were removed. The free breakfast, while nothing fancy, certainly filled me up and it was nice not to have to stop somewhere else to get breakfast. So the best word I could describe for this hotel is "Adequate". I wanted a place to sleep and a free breakfast. This hotel certainly provided that. Not much else, but it did its job.

The smell as you walk in was unpleasant. Staff was friendly but when I called and asked about schedule a cab Iwas told I don’t. Know but you can Google it. Elevator floor buttons did not light up

We have stayed here off and on since 2003, but this is the last time. I can say that the staff was very good, and there is a shuttle to the airport and a laundry room, but the restaurant and bar are not operating. The fitness room was bare bones with 5 mismatched free weights, so I walked through the halls to get some exercise. They were dirty, sketchy and chirping smoke alarms were heard in 5-6 different locations. The carpet in one hallway was squishy wet and there were a couple of mice running across another. Such a shame to see this property in such conditions.

The property was ‘t well kept. The weeds out front were over a foot high. The floors and carpet was dirty. The paint was worn off of the elevator doors. My opinion is that the entire place needs a cleaning and update. I booked this room for my daughter so she could get to the airport for her early morning check in. I have forward this to her for her opinion.

The appearance was terrible when you pulled onto the property. The grass was not cut and the shuttle van, which was black, was really dirty. Upon entering the hotel, it was hot because the air was out in the lobby and dining area(s). The elevators were not clean and the floors were nasty. There was only one set of towels in the bathroom when clearly there should have been two due to being a double room. The telephone didn't work so you couldn't call the front desk. We asked for extra blankets which we never got. The smoke detector was removed from the room leaving the wires hanging. This room wasn't worth the money I paid!! Very disappointing!

We didn't even stay at the property. The elevator was broken, there wasn't a restaurant on site as advertised and the place was filthy! The only good thing about the hotel was the woman at the front desk. She didn't seem surprised at all that we didn't want to stay.
