"Family room booked for three adults. Arrived to find two single beds. Booking confirmation states someone would be there to greet us. No-one was around. Fortunately we got through to somebody by phone and were able to get into the room but they were not able to provide us anywhere to stay for the three adults we had booked and paid for. The floor, bedding and toilet were clean. However, the windows were covered in cobwebs, the chairs were stained, there were not enough cups for all three of us,...

"As we only needed to stay the night at the City Stay the hotel did exactly what was needed. The room itself could do with a basic revamp. The floor between the bedroom and toilet was worn, and flooring has warped and risen, making it a bit painful underfoot. The fans need to have a clean/dust as when we turned it on dust was sent around the room. Otherwise the room did what we needed."
