Area is a little noisy with construction, traffic, etc…but have t been to a major city where there isn’t some of this and it has nothing to do with the hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean and modern. "This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing. The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room."
