We didnt mind the room what really bothered us was the residents that's stay there have no courtesy for others and were screaming and yelling in the middle of the night as well as 5 in the morning making threats to each other and hearing what sounded like a fire arm. "This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. And at exactly 11 AM as we were packing to leave we had a loud knock on our door telling us it’s time to check out. "Really nice hotel to stay in and so close to Universal Studios ( very convenient location). The room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a coffee, cappuccino and a hot chocolate machine located in the lobby area. Also a Bevi water machine with electrolytes, zinc, vitamins and choice of sparkling water.
