"Very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was included with the room we stayed in but was unable to indulge as we were told that it was until 10am. We arrived at 0935 and were turned away as it was a weekend buffet and they don’t take anyone after 0930. However, they made good on their mistake and credited us back without any issues. "

"Very nice Hot tub enjoyed it the heated pool was very enjoyable, I just didnt like how we had to wait for about 30 mins to even get a towel out to us. There is valet parking available here but if not you can park on the side street which I wish I knew before I booked it. The breakfast that comes with this hotel is a Joke .... They hand a menu with some good stuff on it but everything cost $25 and up.... The shampoo and conditioner that comes in the room does not smell good so Just Bring your own. The bed is so comfortable I had a very good sleep and I hard time getting out of it. I sunk right into right into the location is Good"

"Issue that I have is I spent $800 dollars for 3 nights and on of that I have to pay $55 dollars a night to park in the garage. That is crazy that guests have to pay for parking. I won’t never stay here again."

We had tickets to Universal Studios Hollywood Fan Fest (from 2 PM - 2 AM), and the hotel worked with us to get keys ahead of time so we could go straight to our room after the event. The room and bathroom had been recently remodeled and were nice. I would have liked another outlet near the nightstand. "
