"Parking was easy. It was nice to know we would always have a spot and didn't have to hunt. At first I was a little off put as we didn't know we would have$30 a day self park, but in Vancouver, and this location it just is what it is. Staff was wonderful at all points. Helpful, smiley, engaging and delightful. Our room.... The space was great and the view was phenomenal. If you were iffy about cleanliness, you'd be upset. We just had to turn a blind eye a bit... A few missed spots, crumbs, dust...

"The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is really great, walking distance to a lot of major areas in downtown Vancouver as well as public transportation hubs. The beds were comfy and rooms cleaned regularly. If I ever come back to Vancouver, I would definitely stay here again. "

"Very nice little boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver The rooms were very clean and well-appointed. We didn't try the Alouette bistro for food, but had a couple of nice cocktails, which were great. Staff were friendly and the parking arrangement was very convenient and quick. Expect to pay $48 Canadian per night. The only downside was the gym/pool at the Y next door. We were there for the weekend only to learn that the Y was closed from 5PM on Saturday until Monday morning. The small cardio...
