"We stayed 2 nights at $250.00 a night, more than what I usually spend; however, it had free breakfast and a pool so I justified it since it was Easter weekend. The pool was full of things from the trees. I mean covered the entire pool & the filters were full of them. Also the chairs & surrounding area was littered with tree droppings. I asked for it to be cleaned & waited with my kids for an hour and then left. They know this is an issue & should have the trees hung with something to catch the droppings, it was unusable. The breakfast day 1 was not that good and the pancake machine had a line & kept breaking. The coffee was one of the best though. Day 2, no breakfast foods except a couple pieces of toast and some sausage! It was unacceptable. they said their truck broke down & the manager was going to get something but this was 8 am & we had to leave by 9. Again, I informed the staff & there was no solution. I would never stay here again. very disappointed!"

"My check in was delayed, by the front desk person talking on a personal call. After I get to my room (208) I turned on the light at the desk, and what greeted me was what appeared to be catsup on the wall. I took a picture and went back to the desk to report the condition in the room. He told me that housekeeping was gone for the day, but he would see that it would be taken care off. I get back to the room and decided to get some photo editing done. I kicked off my shoes and decided to look at the catsup on the wall while I worked. I had to take some medication, so I began to look for some glassed or plastic cups, none found. As I began to get ready for bed, I already removed my sneakers earlier, so I had been walking around the room in my white socks. When I pulled my socks off, I was absolutely shocked how dirty the bottoms were (see picture). Sleep was okay, and the bed was comfortable, but the night light they have at the door is a bit much. Bad enough the light from the hall intrudes, but this annoying. Next morning I prepare to leave, but the dirty socks made me wonder if the floor was clean, so I used a washcloth and just rubbed it next to the bed, low and behold, the pictures say it all, filthy. I thought it would be easier to keep the laminate floor clean as opposed to carpet, I guess not!"
