"We booked this because of a dance competition. We purposely purchased Friday - Monday so that my kids could go the Waterpark on Monday their only day free after the long weekend of competing. Nothing said it’d be closed in fact we received a paper at check in saying it was open. Only to find out it was closed at 4pm Sunday and not open at all during the week. "I mean it's a $50ish dollar a night hotel (when we stayed). The breakfast was ok, the room had a bit of a funky smell, but you get what you pay for. "

"The building is unique, beautiful antiques. Room was clean and spacious. Location was fun, close to the river and walking path and historic main street. Con: very disappointed in the breakfast. Should advertise a roll not breakfast. Also it doesn't start until 7:30. A tad late for people that need to leave earlier. "

"It was so nice that the breakfast was open an hour earlier to accommodate the large amount of dancers for our competition in Decorah. We had a great time in the pool area as well! The rooms were updated and the space felt clean. "
