"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch.
