Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"We loved staying here! We stayed for 3 nights under privileged status with a swim up room. The installations were great, we loved the lazy river, the restaurants and the bowling alley! The staff at the restaurants and bars were great. Our only downside to the stay was actually the privilege staff and area. When we arrived, we didn't get a welcome beverage, we were supposed to get a tour of the resort the next morning from our butler, but that never happened and to be honest the communication of the butler wasn't the best. There was an issue with our adding an extra night and she wasn't really helpful. Tbh, we would go again but we wouldn't add on the privilege. The privilege pool was directly in the sun and it was small, we spent most of our time in the aqua bars that had a bit of shade and all of the restaurants were good so I cant say that I would do it again for the priveledge restaurant. Its a great resort & we would go back!"

"This resort is amazing and staff is always helpful. We always return to Riu Latino just because of the staff, and I mean every staff in the entire resort. Food and alcohol selection is also good at the resort so no complains at all. The beach is what takes this Riu at another level."

"This was our second time staying at a majestic resort. We stayed at mirage in Punta Cana and now mirage in Costa Murjeres. The resort was brand new, food was excellent, staff was amazing, and would go back in a heartbeat! We had a plunge pool suite in the ocean which I highly recommend! The entertainment at night was just okay but (way better in punta cana) but that wouldn’t steer me away from this resort. We didn’t bring kids but seemed to be very kid friendly!"

"The staff was very friendly. Hotel is walkable to all the beaches and shopping. rooms very clean and relaxing. We upgraded to the suit with the rooftop pool and it was very enjoyable came with two lounge chairs and a covered outdoor cabana bed. beautiful views of the ocean."

"Great family stay, but the food left us wanting more local flavor! The hotel was incredibly kid-friendly, clean, and the staff was absolutely great. Plus, having the beach just feet away from the resort was perfect. The only reason I gave it a 4-star rating instead of a 5 was due to the food options. Since we were in Mexico, we really wanted to experience more authentic local food rather than standard burgers and hot dogs by the pool. Having a taco station by the pool grill would have been amazing—who doesn't love a good taco that both kids and adults can enjoy? The food court was also missing that sense of cultural authenticity. When traveling to another country, we love to experience the local cuisine, so we hope the resort adds more traditional Mexican flavors in the future!"

"Overall it was an excellent experience. I would suggest that there are steak knives in the buffet area for the on demand steaks and that reservations for the specialty restaurants are more available. Otherwise no complaints!"
