"I love the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t like that the guest get up early and leave all there towels in all the chairs and aren’t anywhere around the pool area. They are holding their spot for the day and they’re not even around. I think I would have had a better experience if the resort makes people move after 2-3 hours. "This resort is beautiful. It’s also fun. We loved it. The only complaint is the dinner food. Breakfast and lunch at the pool bar were good, but dinner? Not good at all. The sushi place was pretty good and room service was ok but everything else was barely edible. We aren’t foodies so we still managed to make it work and have a great time. But it’s something to consider if a great fancy dinner on vacation is important to you. Also, the upgrade wasn’t worth it. "
