"We booked the room with the large balcony right off the malecon and the views were stunning from 2 sides. Book this room if you are able. It was amazing to wake up to these views. Hotel is very clean, staff is beyond nice, location is walkable to many great restaurants and our dive shop, parking though small was more than adequate for our needs, beds were comfy and WiFi and AC worked well. My room was on the 4th floor and had a terrific view of the pier where the cruise ships came in, but was just far enough away so as not to be inundated with ship passengers.
