The property was well kept and provided excellent service . The breakfast was great and the stafff especially Carla and Wil went out of their way to assist and recommend places to eat and activities to do. Very kind and thoughtful.

Our stay was wonderful Reyna was very helpful and friendly. The directions to the location are very confusing and guest need to know that they need water shoes or rain boots since their is a massive amount of puddles on the island. Walking to downtown is about 20 minutes with puddles on the road.

The hotel was cute and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel was under construction and it was noisy during the day and you could not relax since the workers would be walking back and forth. The pool would get dirty, and should be clean often. The beach is about six blocks away and it’s far of a walk.

The hotel is in best condition and very clean. However, to get there we suggest to take a taxi from the ferry to the hotel. The streets are made of sand and were full of water and we had to walk through the neighbors garden to reach the hotel since the streets were filled with water. The water on the street and the warm weather attract lots of mosquitoes. Also there was a lot of trash (Plastik bottles, trash bags, food left overs) at the roadside.

Property and staff was excellent, staff made everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible considering bad weather conditions. It was raining since the day before, streets flood badly, specially around the hotel which made it hard to get transportation or to walk to center of town. Because of bad weather we didn’t do any water activities. Other than that hats off to staff.

Es un lugar lindo para hospedarse, la atención del personal indiscutible, sin embargo nunca tuve red wifi en mi habitación y tampoco pude ver la TV. También los caminos para entrar y salir del hotel son terribles, por la calle que intentes está lleno de lodo, grandes charcos, mal olor y basura! Es algo bastante desagradable a la vista y para salir ya sea a la playa, al centro o al ferry es necesario pasar todo el tiempo por ahí, así que no habría forma de evitarlo.

Las instalciones limpias y comodas en general. Habitaciones pequeñas. El servicio del personal deja que desear. Aunque la isla es pequeña, el hotel se encuentra en la periferia y los taxis no te quieren dar el servicio cuando estas fuera y deseas regresar.

L’hôtel est sympa, belle piscine petit déjeuner un peu léger mais il est bon. Le personnel est discret et gentil. Attention simplement a l’arrivé on nous demande de payer en cash, pour la carte c’est 5% de plus.

En general el hotel es muy cómodo, desde el lobby es muy agradable, hay un columpió muy lindo. El hotel queda muy cerca del ferry, a 3 o 4 calles, sin problemas uno puede llegar caminando con poco equipaje. Me hizo favor de atender un joven que se llama Mizraim y muy amable en todo momento, lo mejor... Resuelve lo que se requiere, ahí mismo rentan bicicletas y hay facilidad para contratar tours, su servidor realizó el de la bioluminiscensia y es genial. El desayuno incluído es muy bueno, el sazón de la señora es muy bueno y muy atento también el joven José. Del hotel al centro han de ser 8 minutos caminando y ponle 3 más a la playa... No es necesario rentar los carritos de golf (taxi). En general mi estancia fue genial... Estuve 3 noches y fui muy feliz en esos días. Ampliamente recomendable!!! 😊

This place is so lovely. Reina is the best host and was super helpful with so many island recommendations for food, bars etc. she was super friendly and the room is perfect size. I would not hesitate to go back- was brilliant.
