"The experience was great all the way around! I went for spring break with the family and there was plenty for all to do. The food was great and staff in all areas were so polite and friendly. Plenty of activities during the day and shows in the evening. There were scheduled events every day if you wanted more to do than just relaxing the pool or beach. I’d 100% recommend!"

"We came here with 2 babies and a 4 year old and grandparents. Everyone had an incredible food! Food was great! Service was excellent! Nothing felt too rushed! Pools and hot tubs were very accessible and I love that it’s not a huge resort so it was very easy to get around with children! "

"Our 7 day visit in April 2026 was excellent. Building 4 swim out room was perfect for our end of beach day relaxation with Luis keeping us well hydrated as often as we asked! ( shout out from Marco, Pollo, and Patricio from SpongeBob---yes Luis was super fun) . Our butler Edgar was amazing ---we aren't super butler needy people but he would keep us updated on the days events and check in in person at least once a day to make sure everything was going well. Food was great.....no complaints Room amazing, open concept bathroom which I will never understand but that seems to be the thing. There is an extra private half bath in the living room area which is great. Some sargassum on the beach a few days, can't be helped as it is unusually bad this year. Otherwise beach is great, soft sand, no problem getting bali beds or palaces. The palaces are too close together however and the umbrellas are too low. This should really be remedied. while it seems like this resort was rushed to open in December, staff are everywhere fixing the grout, paint splashes etc so I see this issue being remedied. Good on Majestic. entertainment was typical all inclusive, the husbands liked the wrestling. We were looking forward to Queen tribute which didn't happen for some reason. All in all, great vacation and we would return!"

"We had a good time during our trip to Rui Palace Costa Mujeres the pool, stall , entertainment, bar etc were very good the food was fair lots of selections to choose from and the buffet was good"

"For the most part, our stay was enjoyable at Ocean Allure. As beautiful and as lovely the staff are at the resort, we personally would not come back. Super friendly staff who go above a beyond. Isai at the main pool bar, Alessa at guest services, and Jason in the buffet area stood out the most to us. We loved the food at the restaurants! Do expect an average 45 minute wait to get into the restaurants as there is no dinner buffet. Breakfast/lunch buffet was usually good. There was the odd two times we found undercooked items. Lots of room in the pools and they were always kept clean. We got lucky on our first three days with minimal sargassum on the beach and had a great time swimming in the ocean. The sargassum doesn’t get cleaned throughout the day like we saw at other neighbouring resorts though. This is partially our fault for not doing extra research. We didn’t realize there was more minimal transportation options to get into town from this area. There’s no bus that comes out this far and taxi/uber costs added up quickly if you wanted to leave the resort. The main reason we won’t be coming back is the shuttle/excursion company that is partnered with this resort (Trafic Tours). The staff of this company in the lobby were VERY pushy towards us, we got overcharged heavily, and lied to multiple times. Unfortunately, this ruined a large portion of our vacation. "
