Room Service – ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)
Room service could use some improvement. When we ran low on drinking water and called to request more, it took longer than expected for it to arrive. On one occasion, the water never arrived at all, and on another, it was restocked while we were at the pool. The housekeeping team does not restock the fridge, so we had to rely on room service for additional water. This was inconvenient and could be handled more efficiently.
Buffet – ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5)
The buffet staff was great, and the overall dining experience was good. However, the food selection could have been better, with more variety from day to day. The menu felt a little repetitive at times, but overall, we enjoyed the food.
