The hotel tries hard to keep sargassum with constant tractors. But it’s been too much for Cancun this summer they were affected by it. But the hotel makes up for the lack of clean ocean - not their fault- and delivers in every way. "

"I took my daughter on a graduation trip and we had so much fun! Plenty of relation and wonderful food. The beach was pristine and the pool was perfect! We loved the swim up bar as well. Our room was clean, comfy, had a wonderful balcony, very private. Totally recommend!"

"Perfect place for a family. We’ve been to a few other hotels in Cancun and Playa del Carmen and Villa del Palmar is by far the best in customer service and food! We loved our stay here. The staff kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, they stocked the snacks everyday and cleaned the room at least twice a day. The only thing that I would say it’s worth mentioning is that it does not have a lot of entertainment. There were a couple of activities by the main pool during the day but...
