"Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed. After experiencing recent family losses, we were looking for a peaceful place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, and Atelier delivered that in every way. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The modern design, immaculate grounds, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and calming. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the staff consistently greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, and each meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, and there was never a shortage of quality dining options throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a true retreat. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and we appreciated how well everything was maintained. The pools and beach were stunning. We never had trouble finding a place to relax, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful without feeling boring. Whether we were enjoying the pool, walking along the beach, or simply taking in the views, every moment felt like an escape. What truly sets Atelier apart is the level of service. The staff genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience."
Beloved Playa Mujeres - Couples Only All Inclusive

"Another terrific stay at Beloved. As everyone notes, the staff are so helpful and kind. To me, the biggest draw is how quiet the resort is. It’s not small, there are plenty of pools, lovely size beach, big spa and nice sized gym. It’s just the fact that you NEVER have to worry about getting a lovely bed at the beach or pool. You don’t have to get up early and reserve your spot, which I’ve found you must do at a bunch of these resorts. You never wait for drinks or food service at the pool and beach. It’s lovely. The gym is clean and well-equipped. Three treadmills, a spin bike, a rower and 2 ellipticals. Separate rooms with kettlebells, TRX, etc. The complimentary hydrotherapy is wonderful - worth doing! Sushi and the cafe were the best food. We loved the quesadilla and French fries from the beach menu (but we did miss the ceviche from 2 years ago!). They have upped their wine game - both the rose and Sav Blanc were very solid. Steak at Lupita was delicious and perfectly cooked. I love El Mar - great fish and the ceviche at lunch is delicious. We didnt eat at Isla because we were only there 3 days. Le Bisou was our least favorite for dinner. Rooms were huge. We had a junior ocean suite which didn’t have much of a view of the ocean, but we didn’t care at all as we were only sleeping in the room. I think you can really get a better value than Beloved if you value a high quality, intimate all inclusive."

"First of all I just want to mention our butlers this 2 ladies made the difference from a bad experience to a good one. Our butlers Tete and Val went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to celebrate my husband birthday. Gracias chicas!! There a few other staff that was great specially Ervin or Irvin I don’t remember how he spell his name he was THE BEST bartender also a shout out to Pablo. Now what we didn’t like was the hotel is BORING!! the adult area is lacking of entertainment. They will play one or two hours of music and then take all the equipment and leave. Some of the bartender at the swimming pool (adult pool) was rude and look like they don’t want to be there. Food was ok I would say 7/10 but that is standard with all inclusive. I think the resort is beautiful but need a lot of little details to be fix. I hope they do because I stayed in the pass at elegance and our experience was 10/10"
