"The staff were unhelpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, and they kept saying they would send someone to check it, but the problem was never fixed. There was also no heating in the room. When we complained, they simply told us to cover ourselves well. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience"

"Oda güzeldi. Personel iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı ücreti bu fiyata dahil olmalıydı. Kahvaltı kesinlikle o kadar paraya değmedi. Ben zaten açık büfe sevmiyorum. Arkadaşım istedi diye otelde yedik. Bence yazık oldu."

"For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions."
