"Our room smelled like smoke - even though it was non smoking room. They offered to move us in the morning but it was a short trip Ac was great , staff was mostly responsive The shower was backing up , asked them to look into it nothing happened . Charging ports next to bed were not working , not fixed Room was spacious, great view , very convenient location This hotel can be much better with more upkeep The rooms were very clear and comfortable"

"Perfect location, very beautiful hotel. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel has an outdoor area where you can sit and chill. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Kids (13-11-10 and 7 years old) found the babyfoot and billiards so much fun. Highly recommended!"

"2 pillows, blanket & brown shag carpet in room smelled. We tried asking the front desk for a change but they spoke no English. We asked Expedia to check & help but they were also told to call the next day when someone English speaking maybe at front desk. Room appeared clean otherwise but foul smelling bedding and old brown shaggy carpet ruined our stay unfortunately. Hotel front desk also said no room change was possible since they were sold out."
