"Amazing experience. The room was small but we didn't stay in there long enough to care. The best parts of this hotel are the staff and the restaurant under it. I can't say enough great things about that restaurant: "Elephant and Something". The food was amazing, best we had in the city and the drinks were cheap! Cannot recommend it enough. "

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The location was perfect—walking distance to so many Chicago attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail really made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!"

"We had an amazing time. And everyone went out of their way to help me! Keep in mind its a cash free property. Felt so safe having to use my key for elevator. Also it was a beautiful property. note* Cash app is not recommended in any instance but the staff at Hotel Felix did everything they could possible to help me going above and beyond to even care about my situation. Cash app however is not recommended because they asked for specific documents and still refusing to release my funds. But i want to thank everyone who helped me and my friend. Also giving her and I one of the best experiences together. We will see yall again soon but next time were gonna use Venmo 💯.
