"Very disappointed with the false advertisement of a heated pool. My family booked this hotel specifically because it claimed to have a heated indoor pool. The pool was unbearably cold and we could not enter. When I called the front desk to simply ask if the pool temperature is regulated because we thought perhaps it needed to be adjusted, the rep answered combatively stating they are by the river and the pool is not a hot tub.
