An elevator went down so leaving was an issue, my room floor stayed wet with standing water on the tile flooring so moisture was an issue. My clothes were all damp. Due the other amazing reasons to stay those things were tolerable. "

"We go to this resort every year. Have been going for ten years or so. This specific condo in the resort that we stayed in is BY FAR the nicest one we have used. They checked in multiple times to make sure we were ok. Everything was clean, newly updated, plenty of supplies. We are already picking the week for our trip next year and we want to book this same room in the next week or two, next time we will stay for two weeks !! Super happy with everything. Thank you "
