"Debris in my bath water. Curtains that were not ironed. Very small bathroom. Adjoining room where we could hear a woman speaking and laughing. Certainly wondered about the $499 room charge. We are Bonvoy members and exclusively book Marriott hotels. But we didn’t earn any points for our visit. This just didn’t meet their usual standards. However, the restaurant and bar were excellent, as were the wait staff."

"Book through Expedia and when I arrived I found out that someone with a similar last name was given my room. So after about an hour at the front desk trying to figure out what happened with the attendant, and playing phone tag with Expedia they finally were able to give me a room but not the same type of room that I paid for. Mind you I arrived at 2am after a 10 hour drive. Then I requested a refund and they would not honor that either. The bed was plenty comfortable but the water pressure was low and the drains were slow to drain. Also housekeeping started knocking on my door at 8:30 in the morning and knocked on my door two more times before 11:00. I think they forgot to check out is at 11:00. Definitely the worst experience I've had at a DoubleTree by hilton. I would stay in the back of my car before I would stay at this hotel again"

"The rooms and hotel are dated. Clean but wood floors were worn paint peeling and water damage around the tub. Do not give you fresh linen if you stay multiple nights. You must exchange it yourself at front desk"

"The breakfast was disappointing. The muffin, sausage and coconut cake were dry. The staff were great, all very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Our room was noisy, the room above us they were moving furniture or jumping up and down. The bed in our room was too high and the bed was noisy."
