"The staff here are amazing! Very accommodating! The room was perfect! Clean, well laid out and upscale! We didn't have a car, but didn't need one. Pleanty of great restaurants near by. Close to the light rail and easy enough to jump on a lime or catch a lyft for places a bit further away. "

"The cleanliness of our room could have been better. I found a bug wondering near the coffee brewer while I was getting ready. You can tell in the bathroom area that they do just a quick sweep type of cleaning due to some marks in the shower area and the toilet. It is located in the outer part of downtown Phoenix, not exactly in the center of downtown. Many homeless people roaming around in the nearby streets. It is also located across a grill/bar/club. You will be able to hear the music they are playing all night long. "

"The room was absolutely spotless. The whole complex was quiet and the people we spoke with were cordial and friendly. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was walking distance to downtown. Chibo Italian restaurant across the street, is a hidden gem. If I had to find fault, my only criticism is that the walkways could have been swept and maintained a little better. Lots of debris scattered around from the landscaping. Great stay! "

"It was fantastic! Clean, centrally located, nice staff and a comfortable bed."

"Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe at all—it seemed to be in a part of town with a large number of homeless individuals and people clearly struggling with drug use, which made the environment unsettling. There were also renovations happening late into the evening, past 9 PM, which made the hotel very noisy. The most concerning part was people walking very close to our window late at night and making strange noises, which made us feel extremely uneasy. Because of the situation, we didn’t feel safe staying there and ended up leaving before midnight and heading to the airport nearly five hours before our flight. The room itself wasn’t very comfortable either—the bed didn’t have normal covers and the setup felt inconvenient. Overall, we did not have a good experience and would not stay here again."

"Very peaceful and cozy place to be. The bedding felt like I was sleeping on a cloud, and the place was very tidy. There was a little hair in one of the showers, but overall my stay was wonderful "
