"The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond so you have the best time! You can chat with them on WhatsApp, which is a game changer because if you need anything they will always be there to help you. You can get your laundry organised with them. You can get Grab orders sent to the lobby and there will be someone there to mind it for you. Every staff member was helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. You could also arrange for airport transport to and from the hotel. We really...

"The room size is ok, the bed is comfy and it would have been the best sleep we had if it’s not because of the noise from the corridor. The rooms on one floor are near and if you have noisy neighbours who do not like to close their doors or not considerate, it would be annoying. However the staff are very helpful and polite. The breakfast spread is also quite good and they have offer daily specials, cooked eggs to your likings, etc."

"The hotel room was very clean and the staff went out of their way to make our stay was a great one. The rooms were updated and the air conditioning felt great after a day of touring and shopping. Great location and easy to navigate to restaurants and shopping. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff and the delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"The team were very helpful in assisting us booking activities and giving suggestions on places to go. The hotel was lovely and good breakfast, definitely bang for buck. Also in walking distance from so many dining and shopping options, did not need to use a grab! Definitely would come back to visit Ms Lee in Hanoi next time, thank you guys for a beautiful stay!"

"The hotel is in a great location. There are many places to eat nearby, both in the morning and at night. The staff were always very kind and friendly. They also let me leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out, which was very helpful. Thank you for the great stay!"

"Staffs are helpful. Thanks I like breakfast special are sticky rice. Hotel is close central, very convenient."
