"Great location near St Pauls & the millennium bridge. Staff was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. It was close to public transportation, and cabs were readily available. Cafe was good and convenient, but only open until 18:00 then the bar opened. I would recommend this hotel"

"Not many plugs in the room unless you want to unplug a lamp. The room was warm for us and we had to leave our windows open the entire stay. No fan in the bathroom and no plugs for beauty devices except a shaver. "

"The hotel apartment was nice and in a good location 6min walk to the station or a 1 min walk to the ferry. The rooms are on the small side as not much room to store bags. This could be fixed if the lamp and small table removed as not need and just get in the way. This is where you could put suitcases. The thing i like was the moment something wasnt working properly it was fixed the same day or next. Would definitely stay here again"
