The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."

A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay."

"Fire alarm kept going off from 730 am no less than 10 times on Sunday morning. Staff nowhere to be found. No one knew what was going on. Upon leaving the duty manager seemed as if she did not know it had happened. Room was nice. Great location. Showing only slight signs of wear"

"The place was beyond our expectations and the best we stayed in during our two week trip to the UK! Very clean, spacious and cozy. Loved the kitchenette with table and chairs, plus the extra blankets, pillows and robes if we needed them. Great location to train stations and easy walking to all we wanted to see. "Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well. Free water in the room. "Perfect place for a city stay"

"Loved the location. I could have packed lighter if I would have paid attention to the amenities. Makeup mirror in the restroom that I could actually see in. Clothes steamer worked awesomely. Just had a great stay. They were working on elevators so that was a bit of noise if you happen to be in the room for a bit during the day but well maintained. Would definitely stay here again."
