"Very comfortable, clean and safe and new. Located in a quiet spot in a great neighbourhood. It was great to have in room laundry. Close to two pedestrian bridges and London Bridge Station so very convenient for travelling through or staying in London."

"Good hotel right on the water front. The city view rooms should be taken with a pinch of salt as you don’t see much really. Great cocktail bar in floor 12 with prices that are not that bad, just a bit bad. Room rates seem on the high side but I guess you’re paying extra for the location."

"Rooms are tiny but well designed. A little hard if you have a lot of luggage. Only opened 2 months when we were there and the digital check in was a bit rocky. Otherwise, great location and very clean and modern. "

"Great stay overall. The apartment was excellent with one of the best views. Kitchen amenities were well thought out, and the starter setup with coffee, tea, and milk was a nice touch. Two areas to improve: * Housekeeping: There was no cleaning during our one-week stay. A refresh every 2 to 3 days would make a big difference. * Support: I had to go to reception three times for help with the washing machine and no one came. Responsiveness needs improvement. "This was a great location, central to everything and close to the Borough Market (if you a foodie must go!). Across the street is M&S Simply Food (convenience store), lots of coffee and food options, and easy access to public transportation. Accommodation was clean, friendly staff, easy check-in and out. "This hotel is a great find. Location is close to lots of places you want to be. The decor is avant- garde, some might say quirky but it works. The staff is very helpful especially Roman and Emmiy. The pics posted are accurate. Rooms are clean , we had a balcony so we sat out there ( though a bit chilly). There are many restaurants and bars in the area. It’s close to Waterloo station and the area is very artsy. This was our first staying in that area of London and we enjoyed it. "
