"Doesn't look like much from the outside as it's part of a larger complex but walk up a couple staircases and you'll get to the landing where the check-in desk is. Friendly helpful staff, and really nice spacious apartments. The excellent breakfast was included for me but it's only $3 otherwise, well worth it, they bring it right to your room. "The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful I emailed Concierge desk prior to our visit. Sabry communicated w me via email and we arranged a guided tour of the pyramids. Heba was our guide. She was great. She spoke English fluently and was very knowledgeable. She arranged to the tour to met our needs. I would highly recommend Heba. The tour was $$$ but very convenient and comfortable. The Concierge representatives were all pleasant and helpful at all hours of the day and night....

"Voor dat ik naar deze Hotel kwam verbleef ik in een andere hotel in Giza. Het was echt een groot verschil met deze hotel. Qua hygiënisch, ligging, personeel krijg deze hotel een 10 van mijn. Ik verbleef in kamer 204. Deze kamer was heel schoon Vanaf mijn balkon had ik een prachtige uit zicht. Over de plein en het Egyptische Museum. De ligging van deze hotel is centraal. "Staff were incredibly helpful, the WiFi isn’t great, did not work at all in the room, but worked well in the lobby and dining area, the outside looks a bit off putting, a bit hard to find, the Uber could never find the hotel! The area looks a bit sketchy, but it was safe, and close to a few cafes and small stores, cafe open till about 12am, Vasko has great coffee and pastries. Only other critique was the beds were rock hard. Would stay again. "

"We stayed there six nights altogether and the breakfast was the same every day apart from occasionally we had different fruit. If not using the lift we found the staircase very dirty. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The rooms were amazing but the bathrooms need some updating and to be a little cleaner. I would recommend this hotel. It is great value for money. "
