"I thought “I’ll believe it when I see it. An onsen in Shinjuku!” But it was every bit an onsen. As well as the indoor and outdoor baths, the architecture was tasteful. It was very new and quiet. We stayed on a high floor with a very good view of the city scape. Very well appointed coin laundries with vending machines, ice and chilled water dispensers on three floors. I couldn’t have asked for better. There’s a 711 right over the road and decent traditional eateries and cafes nearby."

"We had a family two bunk bed room for our family of four (young adult/teens) and it was great. The beds were comfortable, considerate amenities, and although small, more than enough room for us. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The 11 floor lobby with the roof deck was awesome too with both free and purchased drinks. "Beautiful hotel we stayed at the main otani and the room was big enough for 3 beds. The bathroom was outdated but still very clean. The otani garden side is the newer hotel rooms. There’s 3 bars and a few restaurants in the hotel with good varieties to pick from. the garden itself and pool is what made me pick this hotel. We still enjoyed our time there and subway station is outside the hotel.Thanks again Otani staff"

"If you are traveling with a big group, this location is perfect for it. Rooms have plenty of space and plenty of amenities for everyone. Location is a bit off from the local tourist spots, but a metro line is at walking distance if planning to go into the city. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and convenience stores near by. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family."
