"My daughter and I stayed at the hotel on a day trip to Belfast, and I will not stay at another hotel anytime I'm in the city. What an experience! The location, solid. The staff, superb. The rooms, divine. The food, outstanding. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We can't wait to return!"

"The staff at reception were lovely and very helpful.
The room was extremely warm. The water tap in bathroom was extremely hot and i scolded my hand even when on medium heat. The fire alarm went off at around 4 or 5am which woke me out of my sleep and i couldn't get back to sleep again. Disappointed"
