"I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels."

"The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious."

"Everything here was great, pool, bar food, the customer service all of it. The room was okay, during our 3 night stay the cleaners didn't come in and vacuum or clean our room they only left new towels. I would of wanted new sheets and cleaned floors during our stay but thats the only thing that we would of changed."

"This place was great! The restaurants and breakfast were good too. The pools were very relaxing. However, I brought my baby hoping to play in the splash pad area but it was under construction. I had called a couple days prior to my reservation and they did not mention anything about it being under construction. It didn’t look like anything new either. Such a bummer. But I still had a great time here!"

"The guy who checked us in was absolutely the sweetest! And his little sidekick (dog) made it even sweeter. They were very kind to us and the room was clean, comfy and wonderful. Just what we needed for one night! 😊 would definitely suggest to anyone staying for a short period of time. Honestly you can’t beat it for the price."

"This place was truly amazing. The view from our room was breathtaking. The room and its amenities were very nice bonus being right on the beach . Our son loved the pools and the waterpark. Would highly recommend to anyone. We will definitely be returning."
