"The staff are all very helpful and friendly, able to assist in English and provide great service that makes you feel welcome. The laundry on site is convenient but doesn't fully dry the clothes even when filling below the specified limit. My room on the 12th floor provided a great view of the surrounding area and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I would have against the room is the multitude of stains and scuff marks along the wall, which made the room feel untidy. The breakfast buffet is pretty good but a little pricey for what is offered at ¥2200. The hotel is near a prominent LGBTQ/red light area which makes for very interesting sight seeing, but may not be suitable for all travelers. I never felt unsafe but there were a lot of touts trying to drag me into a bar for drinks/karaoke scam, but backed off quickly when told no, or simply ignored. Overall I would recommend this hotel."
