"It is New York, so yes it is noisy and yes the room is small, but it is a great location with lots of restaurants and access to East Village. The room was very clean and the bed was soft. The air conditioning was great and blocked out some of the noise. The area near the hotel looked scary due to the graffiti, but after traveling around New York, we realized it was quite normal, unfortunately. We didn’t feel unsafe walking around any time, including after dark. We would stay there again."

"I would like to share my sincere review regarding my stay at the hotel. The apartment was only cleaned twice, and both my teenager and I are extremely allergic to carpets that looked and smelled dirty. There were visible stains, and it was clear that the carpet had never been washed, resulting in significant dust accumulation.

"Mein Apartment war hervorragend. Alles sehr funktional, ob Lichtquellen oder Steckdosen - im Bad drei Lichtquellen! Für mich als alleiniger Gast war das eine große Wohnung, in der ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Waschmaschine und Trockner habe ich nicht gebraucht, die Spülmaschine nur, weil beim Geschirr es hätte etwas mehr sein können, z.B. auch kleinere Teller. "We arrived late, and after having our room bookies for four months this hotel over sold our room and still tried to charge us for a room. At every step of the process they tried to scam us out of a hotel room. Eventually they booked us at a place down the road, but not without a fight. I do not recommend staying here, as you will be risking them overselling your room if you don’t arrive in time."
