Only 7 parking spaces available for purchase. None were left during our stay. Bed was only a few feet off the ground. Felt like we were sleeping in a lumpy hammock. That mattress has been pounded. Overall good value for the money."

"The room was clean and welcoming. It was smaller than we thought. It said it could sleep six, which it did, but there was no sitting space once you pulled the couch out. So I would only book it for four next time. The ease of visiting downtown Nashville, by staying in this place was very good. Although, you will have to pay for parking. Which is right across the street."

"This is a beautiful place across the serene Scarlitt Bennett Center. 3 mins walk to Vanderbilt. Everything else is within walking distance. Way better than the mainstream hotels around. I was here for a workshop at VU."
