"We loved our stay! The home is beautiful and clean. The hostess was so kind and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable. The location is great for Grout Museum and downtown Waterloo. The breakfast was delicious!! "

"The inn is beautiful, with many nice touches. The room was clean and stylish.
Barb & Jeff were delightful... super friendly & helpful. They went out of their way to make sure everyone had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and they made sure that everyone's dietary issues were addressed. They clearly love what they're doing.
The absolute only negative was that there is a train crossing nearby and the train horn awakened us a few times.
We would definitely be back if we're ever in the...

"Property was all decked out for Christmas! We were greeted by the owners, room so comfy and warm and in winter in Iowa that's important, fresh delicious breakfast too!"
